Be Fierce, With Love

You are the mama bear of your team and you love your people fiercely. Winning in network marketing requires you to sometimes say to them what nobody else has the courage to say. You must give honest feedback and reflection when you see something that may be blocking your team member’s success. Before providing this feedback it is always good to ask, “Can I give you some feedback and tell you what I see?” Get their permission and then be honest and real.

I have conversations with people on my team when they wonder why their team is not growing or why nobody is doing anything. I am not afraid to lovingly point out the things that may be holding them back. Maybe they don’t show up to company calls or haven’t stepped up into true leadership yet. I ask them whether or not they have made the decision to succeed and if they are truly committed. I also ask them what they think the block is so that I can help them get to the other side. I then support them to commit to discontinuing certain patterns, habits, or toxic relationships that may be hindering their success. I am bold in the way that I am so real with my team when it comes to helping them truly understand what it takes to transform their business and life. I do this because I want them to win. Winning in this business takes consistency, persistence, determination, and commitment and we must repeatedly communicate that to our people in a powerful and passionate way.

Being bold with each other, in service to each other, is actually one of the things I love most about this industry. There is the potential for us to experience radical personal growth when we receive feedback from those who are courageous enough to give it to us because they want us to thrive.

So many women play the role of the “sweet, nice, good girl.” You will never win in network marketing or in life if you are always sweet and accommodating. When you are truly the wild woman, living in the Season of Transform, you take your power back and unapologetically get fierce with your team, with all of the love in the world. One of the biggest gives you can give them is being brave enough to say the things that nobody else will.
