Directions:

1) In a microwave safe mug, mix thoroughly all dry ingredients.

2) Mix in the applesauce thoroughly before adding the rest of the ingredients and mixing well again.

3) Cook in the microwave for ¾ to 1 minute.

4) Meanwhile, make the icing by whisking vigorously all ingredients together.

5) Once mug cake is done, let cool a bit before spreading icing and serve.
