•Lie on your back, placing a cushion under your head if your chin is tilting up.
•Hug both legs into your body and place one hand on each knee.
•As you inhale, move the knees away until the arms straighten.
•As you exhale, hug the legs back into your body.
•Continue, sliding the knees away and drawing them closer.
REPS: Six.
STEP 2 SIMPLE BRIDGES
•If you used a cushion for Gentle Back Massage, remove it now.
•Place both arms by your sides, palms facing down.
•As you inhale, lift your hips off the floor, as high as is comfortable.
•As you exhale, lower them to the floor.
•Repeat, slowly lifting and lowering.
REPS: Six.
TIP: Close your eyes as you move, for better body awareness.
