Ask yourself how the bedroom currently makes you feel, and how youâd like it to make you feel. How you want to feel when you wake up in the morning or when you go to bed at night? How do your possessions stop you feeling that way? Can you store any (useful) items elsewhere? As you remove items from the bedroom, notice how your feelings change. Notice how your perceptions of the room and the energy in it change. Do you notice that as you remove the clutter the room feels calmer? Can you feel the space that youâre creating?
