16. Brandy and Chocolate Brownies
Aged old brandy has a fruity taste that pairs well with chocolate; if you like sweet, a little bitter and some heat, this might just be it.
Serves: 12
Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredient s
1 pack brownie mix
½ cup of cocoa powder
¼ cup of brandy
1 cup of milk chocolate chip
2 eggs, cold
120 grams butter, melted
Kosher salt to taste
Chocolate extract
Method
Mix everything together gently
Pour on a lined square pan
Bake until a skewer comes out clean
Cut to size and serve
