4. Simple Swing: Place the kettlebell on the floor about your footâs length in front of you and get down to it the same way you did in the Deadlift. Taking the slack out of your body (tensing yourself as you lean slightly toward the kettlebell), hike the bell back between your legs as forcefully as you can. Remember to maintain a neutral back and balance with your weight on your heels. Bring the kettlebell forward to the starting position and set it down.
