Iced Buttered Toffee

2 ounces cold brew

1 ounce Irish Cream

1 ounce amaretto

3 ounces half and half

Combine ingredients, stir and serve over ice.

Mudslide

1 ounce Irish Cream

2 ounces cold brew concentrate

1 ounce chocolate syrup or sauce

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 cup ice

garnish with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles if desired

Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkles if desired.

Mexican Coffee

1 cup cold brew coffee concentrate

½ ounce tequila

½ ounce coffee liqueur

¼ cup dulce de leche ice cream, softened

Put the softened ice cream into a glass. Top with Jubilee cold brew coffee concentrate, tequila and coffee liqueur. Stir until frothy.
