This was no way to attract visitors.

Cllr Slaithwaite said he was well aware of Horn’s marching, he had seen it with his own eyes. They should be grateful Horn didn’t do requests which he apparently had had a few of. Although he hadn’t seen it for himself he had heard on good authority that he also spoke to the urinals. But the man was a madman, what else would you expect from a madman?
