17. South seas mermaid cocktail

Have you ever sailed across the south seas? If not, flatter your guests with a replica of a mermaid’s typical punch. This fruity cocktail will leave a lingering sweetness in everyone’s mouth.

Ingredients

1 cup blue Curacao

1 cup pineapple juice

1 bottle champagne (your choice)

½ cup Midori

1 ½ cups light rum

3 cans Seltzer

Ice cubes

Pineapple wedges and maraschino for garnishing

Instructions

Fill a clean bowl or pitcher with ice cubes

Pour the liquid content into it and shake to a fine blend

Strain drink into glasses and garnish with pineapple and maraschino wedges

Serve with delight!
