Noata and Lane lie next to each other on a grassy knoll, looking up into a star laced sky.

Another flash to Lance fighting a squadron of grunts, in a blur he fights them off and wins.

Why is it so easy for them, to motivate themselves, to find something to push themselves forward?

Cole finally has a coherent thought, he tries to breaks away from Jahum’s prying.
