Turn off the water.
Flush to drain the tank. It will not refill because you turned the water off.
Remove the tank cover.
Place it on the toilet so that it rests on both ends of the seat.
Take some toilet paper and clean any leftover dirt that might be lurking on the cover.
Sit on the cover, but be smart about itâthink ahead about what you have to do to position yourself wisely.
Once finished, turn the water back on. The tank will fill up.
Replace the cover and flush.
