Step 1—Creating a pleasing photo with color film requires a lot more control over the elements in the frame than black & white film. Choose the location where you want to photograph your baby. Dress her in an outfit that will complement die color scheme and mood of the location that you selected. Try to keep the colors to two or three prominent shades. The color scheme used here was simple—blue, yellow, and pink. This simplicity helps to focus the viewer’s attention on the baby.

Step 2—Have fun with your baby. Let her explore the area, and find a comfortable way to sit near you. Keep the camera ready. We sometimes sing songs, make funny faces and noises, or perform acrobatics to lighten the mood and take the focus off thefocus on just camera.
