Carrots Watercress Smoothie

Prep Time: 5-8 min.

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

1/4 red bell pepper, cubed

1/2 apple, cored, and chopped

1/4 cup carrots, chopped

1 cup spinach, chopped

1/4 cup watercress

1/4 large tomato, diced

1/4 celery stalk, chopped

Water as needed

Method:

To make this smoothie, place your high-speed blender or processor on a dry surface.

Turn it on and open its top lid.

In the mixing jar, add the above-mentioned ingredients.

Close the top lid and start blending (use the pulse mode) or processing the mixture.

Mix until you get a smooth consistency. If the consistency is thicker you wanted, add some more water and then blend again.

Pour the smoothie into tall serving glasses and enjoy!
