In reaction to the answer of the Mind Controlled Limited Person (A), the Innocently Ignorant Bystander would unquestionably state, “If that’s what you think is a good idea, then you and whatever pack of wolves raised you are all surely idiots.” This equals respect lost for you.
BECOMING MENTALLY DISCONNECTED
There is a lot that my spirit is guiding me to teach you on the topic of liberating yourself from your mind. Before we get into these mind-liberating, spiritually inflating secrets,102 it’s important that you understand, in clear terms, the most important foundational principle of communing more deeply with your spirit. The principle is this: mind disconnection equals spirit connection.
This principle works on the principles that say the most powerful way to connect to your spirit is by disconnecting from your mind. Principally, it’s like considering the question: How do I make my heart beat slower? Slowing down your heartbeat has nothing to do with doing anything to make it beat slower; it has everything to do with not doing the things that make it beat faster. Stop breathing fast, stop worrying, stop picturing me naked—these are all things to stop doing in order to do the deed of achieving a slower heart rate. Accordingly, when you stop using your mind, your spiritual attunement, the ability to be guided by your spirit, as well as your ability to guide your spirit, automatically skyrockets. It’s almost too complex to be so simple. There’s nothing you need to do to commune with your spirit other than stop using your mind.
On a note of social experimentalism observation, when you’re well-spiritually-calibrated because of the fine workings of your mindless instrumentation, others around you tend to have judgments. Such judgments are always a sign of three things:
1. They’re trapped in their minds and therefore their IQs are too high to know how to value your spiritual expressions.
2. They need you to point out to them how they’re just trapped in their minds.
3. You’re more spiritual than they are.
I point these judgments out because the spiritually unseasoned veteran can become discouraged by the ripples of social awkwardness that sometimes break on the shores of mindless free-spirited capabilities. However, keep in mind (that is, mindlessly—without thinking about it) that you can use the judgments of others who still depend on their minds as encouragement for you to better appreciate your spiritual strengths, preferably while feeling sorry for the poor miner-like souls trapped in the collapsed coal mine of their mind.
THE MIND IS A PESTICIDE AGAINST YOUR SPIRIT.
ULTRA SPIRITUAL PROVERB
MINDFULNESS EUTHANIZATIONS
The mindfulness movement in spirituality is analogous (and similar) to putting young women on street corners as prostitutes in order to keep them off the streets. Mindfulness whores out your mind in the name of freeing yourself from your mind in a way that strengthens your mind’s grip on you.103 Putting prostitutes on the streets to keep them off the streets is counterproductive, but becoming mindful in order to find freedom from your mind is an even worse idea. Simply said: mindful living means your whole life revolves around your mind.
