TO MIX WITH SELTZER

1 batch lemon syrup

¾ cup seltzer

1 SERVING

Pour the syrup into a tall glass. Add the seltzer and stir briefly to combine. Add ice and serve.

Mixology

Prepare the lemon syrup as described above, then carbonate with seltzer.

limoncello drop

Mix 2 ounces (1/4 cup) limoncello liqueur and 4 ounces (½ cup) chilled Sparkling Lemon Drop. Serve over ice.

spiked strawberry lemonade

Combine four strawberries, 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) vodka, 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) rum, and 1 cup ice in a blender, and purée. Stir in 4 ounces (½ cup) Sparkling Lemon Drop and serve in a tall glass.
