Chances are good that you already know how to improve your eating habits. Why not start now? Chinese medicine places great importance on eating three meals a day, each meal at around the same time each day. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and a high-fiber, nutritious breakfast will give you much-needed energy and keep you from being becoming hungrier later in the morning. Never skip breakfast! Also, try to eat dinner at least three hours before bedtime, so that your digestive system can rest when your body is asleep, instead of having to work through the night digesting dinner. Finally, don’t wait to eat until you are starving or fatigued. When you wait too long to eat a meal, your food choices are always worse.
