In reflecting back, founder Sir George Fistonich claims “There have only been three days over the last 50 years that I have not drunk wine.” Given the consistency of their consistently good Private Bin Sauvignon Blanc—with its textbook grapefruit and gooseberry, slight herbaceous qualities, and surprising richness that finishes tangy and dry—it’s easy to see why.
