60 ml gin
20 ml vodka
10 ml Lillet Blanc or Cocchi Americano
thin strip of lemon
Shake the liquid ingredients together with ice and strain into a Martini glass. Serve with the lemon.
Ian Fleming invented the Vesper, introducing it in the 1953 James Bond novel Casino Royale. Bond named it after the beautiful Vesper Lynd.
