100g Crazy Jack’s soft-dried figs

50g Tropical Wholefoods chewy banana chips

50g Tropical Wholefoods sun-dried papaya

50g Tropical Wholefoods sun-dried star fruit

65g Southern Alps slow-dried fruit mix

300ml roolbosch or fruit tea of your choice

150g wholemeal flour

2 teaspoon Seasoned Pioneers Ras-el-Hanout spice blend

2 teaspoons baking powder

50g rapadura

4 eggs, beaten

150g raisins

FOR THE CRÈME FRAÎCHE:

250ml pot of crème fraîche

Zest of one washed lemon or the zest of ½ a washed Seville orange
