A gloriously fresh non-alcoholic punch. Working to a similar principle as spiced rum but majoring on warming flavours instead of boozy depth.
Add the pomegranate juice, Oleo Saccharum and lemon juice to the glass. Fill with ice and top with ginger ale. Give the drink a little stir and garnish with a slice of lemon and pomegranate seeds.
TO MAKE A LARGE BATCH
Fill a 2-litre jug with 500ml freshly pressed pomegranate juice, 250ml Oleo Saccharum, 100ml lemon juice and then top with ginger ale. Give it a stir to mix the ingredients, and serve in glasses filled with ice cubes. Garnish as above.
