About the Model

This 4'11" model was perfectly proportioned and perfectly toned. She was seated near the edge of a two-foot-high round pedestal. The glistening on her chest was from a light body lotion that she had applied. With rare exception, I do not allow the use of body lotion or body oil; this is just one of my personal preferences.

Improvements?

I considered using Photoshop to remove the several curls on the model’s right shoulder, but rejected the idea because I thought that they added a positive element to the image. I did add grain in Photoshop; this kept the image dark and moody while increasing the highlights.

An argument could be made that a fill light would have made this an even better image—but, again, we each like what we like. I did not see the need for a fill light and was pleased with the end result. Additionally, adding a fill light would have removed the shadow on the model’s pubic region and lightened her left thigh, which I believe would have been detrimental.
