JOGGING ON THE SPOT
Jog from foot to foot, staying on the same spot on the floor.
Go as hard as you can for the duration of your exercise.
You should feel out of breath by the time you get to your rest period.
JUMPING JACKS
Stand up straight in a relaxed stance with your feet close together and your arms close to your body.
Jump up and out, so that your feet land wider than hip width apart and your arms rise out to the side.
Jump back to the starting position by bringing your feet together and your arms down by your sides.
Repeat this movement as many times as you can within the prescribed time interval.
