Tofu with Vegetables

List of Ingredients:

11 oz. of tofu

2 onions

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

1 tablespoon of soya sauce

½ cup of water

7 oz. of red bell pepper

16 oz. of champignons

2 tablespoons of ginger

1 garlic

1 tablespoon of oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the onion and pepper into small pieces.

2. Fry them in a frying pan for a few minutes with oil.

3. Remove them and fry champignons in the same oil. After you fried champignons, add the tofu (cut into cubes) and garlic.

4. Now, mix everything together, add soya sauce, ginger, and sesame oil. Fry all together for a while and then serve!
