Crunch Green Bean Chips

These tasty and crunchy green bean crisps are guaranteed to be one of the tastiest snacks possible.

Serves: 12

Time: 12 hrs. 10 mins.

Ingredients:

3 lbs. Fresh green beans

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tablespoon salt

Directions:

1. Combine your green beans and oil and stir well to coat. Season with salt and stir again.

2. Place the green beans on the racks of your Excalibur and set to 125F.

3. Dehydrate for 12 hours or until the beans are completely dry and crispy.

4. Remove the green beans from the racks and store in a cool dry place.
