Everyone was in the meeting room except for Michelle, who was still in her sleeping state. I was surprised to see Jessie in attendance. I didnât think heâd leave Michelleâs bedside, but I was pleased that he was there talking with the angels and the others. He seemed a lot more relaxed and happy to be back with his friends.
We were greeted with smiles and hellos from everyone, apart from the ex-fallen angels who were all looking at the floor and still looked forlorn.
Their hair and markings were all back to normal colors, but they werenât shimmering properly like Christik and the others as yet. They all looked dimmer than they should.
âPlease all take a seat,â Christik asked.
The humans and angels all took a place around the table. Everyone was intermingled this time. Angels and humans blended together, and it was good to see.
âWelcome back Keiz, Nalik, Hazik, Franz, Anglik and Toniz,â Christik declared, indicating to each angel, so weâd know who was who.
âBefore we discuss the danger we all face, I need you all to understand that these angels were corrupted by the Marilian race, whose planet and race we recently saved,â she stated. âThey were deceived into accepting gifts, which held the power to corrupt them and force them to turn against their own kind and your race,â she explained. âThese angels did not act willingly, and they also did not have free will while wearing those evil gifts. Now that the gifts have been removed, our angels are free once again,â She added.
Jakiz stood up from her seat, and the other angels followed suit.
âPlease hold out your hands,â she asked the ex-fallen ones.
As we all watched in fascination, the solemn ex-fallen angels all raised their hands above the table. Jakiz and the others placed their hands-on top of the other angelsâ hands. Instantly, we all saw and felt the bright white glow of power flowing through the contact between them and through the room. The ex-fallen angels glowed brightly and sparkled before our eyes; it was breathtaking.
When Jakiz and her colleagues broke the contact; the white glow dimmed. The ex-fallen angels were shimmering in their natural beauty once again.
All sadness and guilt were gone from their beautiful faces, and they all seemed happier and at peace. One by one, they all dipped their heads in gratitude and respect to their fellow angels.
âLet us get this show on the road,â Christik said, looking at me with a smile on her face.
I couldnât stop the giggle that escaped me, and I was glad. It seemed to liven up the room with giggles from the other men and women too.
âLet us all be seated again,â Christik said, giving all the angels a beautiful smile.
The ex-fallen angels took their seats again, and they all looked visibly relaxed. In fact, everyone had relaxed now including James and me.
âWe spent a long time on the Marilian planet before coming here,â Christik told us all. âLike your planet, Marilia was dying. Unfortunately, the Marilians
