To make the drink: 1. Pour the tequila, Campari, and elderflower liqueur into a Boston glass with cubed ice and use a hand press to juice the lime into the mixture. Then shake for 20 seconds and strain out the ice for the next stage, the dry shake. 2. Add the egg white to the Boston glass and give the mixture a hard shake for roughly 8 seconds, then pour straight into the coupe. The egg white should create a firm layer of foam that settles at the top of the drink.
To finish: 1. Place the stencil on top of the glass and sift the freeze-dried raspberry powder onto the stencil, making sure the surface is evenly covered with no gaps. Remove the stencil and you should have a perfect heart, a bold and impressive drink fit for a queen.
