JURY NOTE

(Robert N. Harris, Los Angeles)

Please clarify instruction #7. If you are not feeling comfortable with the testaments of some officers but cannot provide any other rational conclusion, is your vote considered guilty by default?

JUROR NOTE TO JUDGE:

THE CURSE

(Mark Kaiserman, Santa Monica)

On August 21st or 22 Juror #9 announced that she was going to put a voodoo curse on myself and another juror. I don’t believe he heard this because of being involved in another conversation. The woman’s posture and demeanor convinced me that she was serious. Although I am Christian and don’t believe in voodoo, I do believe that to her it’s real and constitutes a threat. [signed] Juror #8
