Peanut Butter Granola Bars

Forget store-bought granola bars. These taste so much better.

12 to 18 hours

2 cups rolled oats

½ cup oat bran

½ cup dried coconut flakes

½ cup ground flaxseeds

½ cup unsweetened peanut butter

½ cup honey

2 tsp vanilla extract

1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, oat bran, coconut flakes, and ground flaxseeds. Stir in the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

2. Set the dehydrator to 145°F. Line the dehydrator trays with liners. Form the granola mixture into 12 (3×1-inch) bars and lightly flatten the bars on the lined trays.

3. Dehydrate for 12 to 18 hours.
