As a matter of workflow, these goals can be accomplished in a number of ways. The most common approaches start with one of these methods:

Process a RAW file in Adobe Camera RAW (ACR) and open it in Photoshop; then go back to ACR and process the same RAW file again using different exposure settings and open it in Photoshop; repeat these steps as many times as needed.

Open an image in Adobe Lightroom, create a virtual copy of the image and apply exposure settings; create another virtual copy of the image and apply different exposure settings; repeat, creating as many virtual copies as you need; finally, import the virtual copies into Photoshop.

Open a RAW file via ACR in Photoshop as a Smart Object; duplicate the Smart Object as many times as you need, changing the exposure settings on the copied Smart Objects.
