Miso Maple Salmon with Chinese Vegetables

Marinade:

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

2 tsp yellow miso paste

3 garlic cloves, minced, divided

Pinch of salt and pepper

2 x 5-oz spring salmon fillets, skin on

Sauce:

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sambal oelek

Juice of 1 lime

4 dashes fish sauce

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
