Pulled Pork
Pulled pork is a great choice. Not only the pregnant woman, but also the whole family can enjoy this delicious food. You can cook this pulled pork the night before and reheat it for a few minutes. It can be served with a slice of whole grain bread, whole grain tacos, a half-cup of cooked brown rice, or just eat it just the way it is. Having vegetable salads as a side dish is also a good alternative.
