ZOTTMAN CURL [WORKOUT 10]
Hold two dumbbells at your sides with your palms facing forward. Curl them up to your shoulders (your palms should now be facing you). Rotate your forearms so your palms face away from you, then lower the weights to your sides.
OVERHEAD SQUAT [WORKOUT 6]
Stand in a power rack or squat rack and press a loaded barbell over and slightly behind your head. Contract your abs and keep your elbows locked out as you drop your hips and descend to the floor. Get your thighs at least parallel to the ground, then drive your heels into the floor to return to the starting position.
