The Alpha sat back after clicking the update icon. He looked around his room at the photos he had on display. His eyes drifted to that of a picture consisting of a dark-haired man standing next to another man of similar features. They were both in tuxedos, matching ones. He saw the purple bow ties that his husband had requested, he smiled. The photograph made Ethan tearful for a moment. He remembered them arguing over those bow ties, Ethan hated them, his fiancé loved them. It was the only picture he had left of his human lover. Ethan had given up his last name for his husband’s name. He figured it would help him keep up human appearances, but in reality, he hated his former last name, so it was a blessing and an honor.
