Heel Raises

To work the opposite side of the foot and the lower leg, you can try heel raises. Heel raises create range of motion in the ankle joint and lift our moods.

Works Your: Calf muscles and inner thighs

Try This: When you need a positive boost, want to strengthen your calves, or need to release nervous energy

1.Sit at the edge of your seat or in a relaxed position.

2.Lift and lower the right heel ten times, then lift and lower the left heel ten times. Lift and lower both heels ten times.

3.Repeat the entire sequence as many times as you would like. You can also alternate the heels and play around with the speed.
