'I have talked to Aris. Again and again and again. And now I am talking to you.
Aris told me to talk to you, because he says that the responsibility for these latest outrages is yours.'

The colonel felt a surge of contempt, and wanted to strike the duplicitous andarte, but he restrained himself. As he talked he enumerated his points on his fingers.
