“Hi! Good morning, Chad. Usual route yeah?”

“Stop! Please stop the ‘Chad’ Paul? Call me Ben, Benjamin...even Benjie? All my mates in New York used Ben, and all the time?”

“But why, I like Chad. It’s so, so American?”

“Ben, please?”

Happy that he didn’t have to explain the Benjamin Franklin stuff, Chad started his warm-up.

“Thought we could extend our run a tad more from today, okay? Maybe the usual trail up to the 3Rs but thought we could do a few speed runs across the bridge and back? Twice for starters?”

“Okay. Hey maybe we’ll see someone leaping off eh?!”
