RED ROCKET Clear dark amber with a flash of dark bronze at the rim and a thick, medium-fine light brown head. Citrusy American hops ride above a basis of nutty roasted malt with cocoa and soft caramel in the aroma with a slight fruity fermentation note. Significant bitterness from both the hops and roasted malt in the flavor with dry grain notes alongside more caramel and bitter cocoa. Resin and orange zest hop characteristics round out the flavor profile. The medium-full body delivers a lot of flavor without being overly heavy. It is very well-balanced with good alcohol integration that supports each flavor element well.
