The HipBuster is a two-part step that includes an aerobic sequence (Part I) and stretch sequence (Part II). The aerobic sequence combines the Yawn Stretch with dynamic movement of the leg in 5 different directions for 12 repetitions each; without stopping in between. Lie on your left side and stretch your right leg down toward the foot of the bed.
