Lie down and bend both knees. Cross your right leg over the left placing the foot so the calf is resting on the left thigh. Take the right arm through the gap of the right leg around the back of the left thigh. Clasp your hands. As you draw the left thigh toward you, turn the right hip out and move the right knee away from you to open the hip. Repeat on the other side.
