I have been inspired by some of that research, but it doesn’t really make any difference for me either way. The only test I trust is the one in my own prayer life and in the lives of family and friends whose experiences ring with the same truth of my own. When you experience God’s response to prayer in your life, you know. God may answer in a way that you do not expect, but God answers.
