Barbell curls: Go for it! Most people can lift more with a bar, so start your routine strong.
Concentration curls: Brace yourself to fully isolate each arm and focus on those biceps as you curl.
Incline curls on an exercise ball or bench: Working at an angle, you will really feel the pull of the weights as you curl. Use that to keep your attention and work focused on the biceps.
Resistance band curls: Curls with resistance bands are not easy... if youâre using enough resistance. The instability of the bands will force you to maintain focus and fully engage your muscles through the lift. Additionally, bands provide progressive resistanceâthey get heavier with greater extensionâso be ready to work!
