Indonesian Satay

INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons soy sauce

4 tablespoons tomato sauce

3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

2 pinch ground black pepper

2 pinch ground cumin

7 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed

2 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/3 cup minced onion

2 cup water

1 cup chunky peanut butter

3 tablespoons white sugar

2 tablespoon lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Prepare a bowl and mix with soy sauce, tomato sauce, peanut oil, garlic, black pepper and cumin in a bowl. Put the chicken into the mixture and stir well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.

2. Prepare the grill and open the grill for high heat.

3. Prepare the pan and put the vegetable oil into the pan and set to medium heat. Stir saute onions and garlic until light brown. Mix in water, peanut butter, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until well combined Turn off the heat, mix the lemon juice and set aside.

4. Apply oil on the grill. Bring the chicken to the grill. And roast for about 5 minutes per side until the chicken water is clear Served with bean sauce.
