Things will go wrong in a bar or restaurant. This is a fact of life. Murphy’s Law says if it can go wrong, it will. Get used to this fact and deal with it. I have just finished making a perfect coffee cocktail many times only to grab the pot of hot water and fill up the cup before I know what is happening. At that point, the whole drink will need to be remade. It’s that simple.
