Eyedropper tool (i)

I use this tool every time I color to pick tones from my artwork. With the Brush tool selected, hold Alt/Opt so that the brush changes to the Eyedropper (this avoids having to toggle between the Eyedropper and the Brush tool). Other tools in the Eyedropper tab, such as the 3D Material Eyedropper or 123 Count, aren’t necessary. However, I do sometimes use the Note tool, which allows me to write reminders of how I want certain elements to look—then I attach the notes to my image file.
