BAND DIAGONAL LUNGE WALK

■ Excellent technique.

■ Band as load/resistance.

■ Complete 3 x 8 left and right side.

■ 5 seconds rest in between sets.

Band diagonal lunge walk.

BAND HIP ABDUCTION

■ 3 x left and right to fatigue (stay on same side for fatigue/overload) then swap over.

■ 5 seconds rest in between each set.

Band hip abduction.

SINGLE-LEG BRIDGING ON BENCH OR SWISS BALL

3 x 8 repetitions left and right, hold each raise/rep for 3 seconds.

Work alternate leg.
