Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic until it’s beginning to take colour. Add the brown shrimp, capers and lemon zest. Toss together. Turn off the heat and taste. Add salt, to taste, if necessary, and a good grinding of black pepper. Then add the drained pasta with a splash or two of its water. Toss together once more, adding the parsley, and serve.
