TASTING NOTES

Brewer’s Note: Honey gold, frothy head. Nose is fragrant—pine, minty herbal and a touch of citrus hops. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body. Notes of grapefruit, flowers, caramel with bitter citrus rind, hay funk, grape lollipop. Bitter sassafras on the finish, hint of bark flavor without hurting the hops. Light herbal lingering bitterness. Smooth.
