Zat Arrras: {GM/16-20} A Zodangan nobleman who was appointed jed of Zodanga when it became part of the Heliumatic Empire, after its capture by John Carter and his green hordes. He became regent of the empire when both Tardos Mors and Mors Kajak were leading expeditions in search for Carthoris. When Carter returned from the Valley Dor, he was thrown into prison by Zat Arrras, but eventually he escaped and led an invasion to the land of the First Born. Pursued by that part of the Heliumatic fleet still loyal to the regent, he was forced into a battle over the frozen wastes of the southern ice field. Those ships under Zat Arrras transferred their loyalty to Carter, and the Zodangan leaped overboard to his death.
