This publishes the button that allows everyone in the meeting room have access to the whiteboard. Before publishing your whiteboard, you can choose to save the whiteboard to use the same in the future as a template.

Publishing the whiteboard in the meeting room does not mean that the meeting participants automatically get to contribute to the board. If you want to make sure that the people in the room get to contribute to the board, you have to allow them to do so. To achieve this, click on the “more” button (the three dots at the top end of the whiteboard screen). This will open up a menu from where you can select that you are granting everyone in the room the permission to make changes to the board as the meeting unfolds. From this menu, you can also choose to enable/disable annotations from the meeting participants.
