ZOMBIE STEP 6
THE ZOMBIE FAILSAFE
(For everyone)
Okay; in case of Zombie Holocaust/Apocalypse; Look at the back of your hands. If there is a message in black sharpie, saying âMy hammer is in the kitchen drawerâ and âLook in a Mirror!â, and you canât remember how the writing got there, Iâve got some bad news for you. Youâre either suffering from a HUGE practical joke by your drunken mates last nightâ¦. Or youâre a Zombie.
If there are messages in black sharpie, saying âMy hammer is in the kitchen drawerâ and âLook in a Mirror!â, then guess what you should do?
GO TO A MIRROR!
You may be surprised to see a post-it note Cellotaped to your forehead.
If the note reads; âDonât panic. Youâre a Zombie. Look in your back pocket. Thereâs a book. OPEN IT AT PAGE ONEâ
Then go DIRECTLY to step 7.
(Itâs down below, trust me. Zombies still having problems with numbers, just read on. Zombies having problems with simple instructions; go find a speeding bullet with your head; oh, I forgot you canât understand irony. How sad.)
Okay, if youâre still here with me, thereâs no message on the back of your hands, or youâre too stupid to read instructions.
For those humans too stupid to read instructions, Iâm going to ignore you. I take back what I said earlier; youâre not worth the 99c you spent on this survival guide.
Okay, so thereâs NO messages in black Sharpie, on the back of both hands, saying âMy hammer is in the kitchen drawerâ and âLook in a Mirror!â? You need to write it yourself, right now.
Yes, I said YOU have to write it. Take the aforementioned Black Sharpie, and write in big letters on the back of your BOTH hands; âMy hammer is in the kitchen drawerâ and âLook in the Mirror!â
(Iâll wait till you do this.)
(Iâm also making the assumption that you still have both hands attached to your body. If you donât, go outside and be food for someone. When the vaccine arrives, they wonât give it to you first anyway, youâre way down on the pecking order. They know you wonât survive the trauma back to humanity with only one arm, a profusely bleeding socket, and a lack of nurses to treat you.)
Right, messages written, right? On the back of both hands?
The reason why Iâm saying BOTH HANDS is pretty obvious for most zombie fans. But for the slow out there, and the zombie slow, we need to write it on the back of BOTH HANDS in case you lose one. Zombie limbs are easily bitten, wrenched, and cut off. Thereâs no point in not being safe. Itâs like the Irishman who wears two condoms when having sex⦠in a suitably leprechaun accent, he says; âTo be sure, to be sure.â
(The bored reader might wonder why Iâm being so pedantic about this, and methodical to the point of being boring⦠donât question the method when Iâm teaching you to survive! Many people have already ignored me, and theyâre dead!)
Right. Look in your pocket for the laminated zombie card.
